hi i have 6yr old boxer,she has a grade 2 heart murmur.she is losing weight even though she eats 4 tins a day and vomits occassionly and eats grass.she is lively but can pass out for awhile and be abit stunned when she comes round.not too sure what can be happening as dont put it down to just her heart.

have you had her checked for worms?

I would start by getting her off the canned food & on a good quality dry food.

It sounds like she is having a seizure from what you describe, or it could be from low glucose levels. Is she passing out after not eating for a long time? I would start recording everything, dates, what she ate, etc.

When did she last have a fecal done? Blood panel? physical?

GET HER ONTO DRY FOOD AND ONLY ADD A QUALITY CAN FOOD TO THE DRY FOOT TO HELP IT GAIN WEIGHT. iF SHE IS VOMITING TAKE HER TO THE VET AND GET HER CHECKED. HER HEART PROBLEM COULD BE GETTING WORSE OR SHE COULD BE SHOWING SIGNS OF BLOAT BEGINNING.
HAVE THE DOG CHECKED ASAP
